It's very helpful to identify an intention at the start of a reading. Questions, issues or areas of concern help to direct the reader's attention, as well as to focus and relate the images and messages that are received. Additionally, a reading can be more effective and enjoyable if we are open to new or different possibilities and perspectives, assume responsibility for the outcomes, and approach it from a balanced viewpoint. It's the responsibility of each person seeking a reading to be the final determiner of their choices in life.

Intuitive Coaching & Counseling

     This work is more directly co-creative than in a "reading." My role is to share insights and suggestions enabling clients to create conscious connections to their own guidance and inner knowing. Using images, metaphors and playing with imagination, we are able to identify blocked, dated and limiting energy patterns. We can then free them to flow in more life-enhancing and fulfilling present-time directions. This work is interactive and develops the client's own innate psychic/intutive abilities.
     Each session is unique and based upon your indiviual wants and needs. We begin by clarifying a specific intention and the session evolves drawing on my skills in:

• Creative Visualization
• Guided Meditation
    Images, symbols, colors etc. are used as metaphors to represent the way we are presently holding our energy around issues. Rather than focusing on the "story" or experience that manifests as a result of these patterns, we are able to work directly with the patterns themselves through these metaphors. This approach invites our unconscious mind and right brain into a conscious process. A sense of safety and empowerment are created where we can own, appreciate and change the "reality" our energy is creating. Attention is focused in the present, while the past is put into perspective and the future is seeded.

Intuitive Heart Group Discovery Process Intuition research reveals that our intuition comes out when we care about someone. It is our empathy that acts as the intuitive connection. The Intuitive Heart Discovery Group is a series of effective, fun-filled exercises and guided discussions designed to help the participants discover their own inner knowing, not only about themselves, but all others as well. The process, designed by Henry Reed of the A. R. You will also find that you are developing your intuitive ability to relate to others in a more satisfying manner.
